When I first started building guitars, to make a sonically inspiring, aesthetically pleasing instrument was never the end goal. It was the starting point of a blank canvas.
For almost 20 years, I have been pursuing and collecting the best materials from all corners of the world, in order to make the best possible guitar for you, the client - the person with a vision, and a sound in their mind, of what a custom made guitar would be.
Working closely with each client right from the start - the selection of woods, the right body size, the correct neck shape, the nuances of colour and grain in selecting the wood for a rosette or headstock overlay - every little detail pertaining to your vision is carefully assembled into the final product - the guitar built just for you.

Karol Guitars will be exhibiting at the two Tommy Emmanuel shows in Toronto, May 14th and 15th, at the Toronto Centre of the Performing Arts.
Karol Guitars will be exhibiting at the 2012 Montreal Guitar Show, June 30th, July 1st and 2nd. Three new guitars will be on display - The Signature 10th anniversary Black Widow, a new walnut/adi J45 style, and a mahogany/adi 000. The new cocobolo and bearclaw sitka Belair harp guitar is also on schedule to be there !!!
