The Karol Parlour is based upon a old no-name guitar I came across in a local shop, in a rather sad shape of dis-repair unfortunately. I admired the general shape of the body though, so I used it as a basis to create my own version of a parlour model. The tone and sound that it produces is amazing, fooling many to think its bigger than it really is. It is sweet, warm, and very fast in producing transients directly from the pick. You can solo on this over a full body rhythym guitar and the tone cuts right through. The scale length is typically shorter, at 24.9 inches (25.4 available), and the neck meets the body at the 12th fret (13 fret available). With a tapered headstock design, and a 1 3/4 nut width, the Parlour is wonderfully balanced in aesthetics.
